Hey there! Thanks for checking out this newbie to the blog! This is one of our first builds to debut on the blog that will be delivered this spring, part of our winter build program!
We are waiting on some parts to arrive from Club Car to finish this build but we thought we better get cracking on it with so many carts on order!
This buggy is up on the lift and getting torn down to make way for new suspension
The entire front end has been rebuilt with brand new bushings and now we are tending to the rear.
Since this cart is going to be getting a rear seat kit we installed our soft ride overload springs. They give you a very nice ride and then when you need the extra weight capacity the overloads kick in!
With the chassis rebuild complete, we installed the factory white body.
Next we started in on the rear seat kit frame
With the rear seat kit frame in place we moved onto the front cowl support and roof uprights

This little resort cruiser is going to be one great ride once the summer sun comes back! We will button this cart up next week when the parts arrive from Club Car!
